4 Must Have Books to Improve Your Mindset

Spread the love

There are a lot of things in this world that can test your mindset. The loss of a loved one. Changing careers. Or being quarantined from COVID-19.

Most of the time when things like this happen we don’t have time to prepare. It’s typically a sudden change and something that takes time for us to adjust to.

For me personally, this accidental homeschooling hit me hard in the mental department. I’m known for being positive and always seeing the silver lining in things, but I was caught WAY off guard and my mindset took a big hit. After 2 weeks of struggling, and the news of school being out for the rest of the year, I decided it was time to focus on me.

Every day I read 1 chapter of a book so that I can build back up my self-esteem and positive mindset. It not only helps me - but my entire family, because a happy mom is a happy household! #canigetanamen

If you are feeling like you’re in a similar situation, I encourage you to grab one of these books on audible or paperback (if you’re old-school like me) and take 15 minutes a day to work on YOU. I promise - it will be totally worth it! xo
