4 Must Have Books to Improve Your Mindset
There are a lot of things in this world that can test your mindset. The loss of a loved one. Changing careers. Or being quarantined from COVID-19.
Most of the time when things like this happen we don’t have time to prepare. It’s typically a sudden change and something that takes time for us to adjust to.

I’m known for being positive and always seeing the silver lining in things, but I was caught WAY off guard and my mindset took a big hit. After 2 weeks of struggling, and the news of school being out for the rest of the year, I decided it was time to focus on me.
Every day I read 1 chapter of a book so that I can build back up my self-esteem and positive mindset. It not only helps me – but my entire family, because a happy mom is a happy household! #canigetanamen
If you are feeling like you’re in a similar situation, I encourage you to grab one of these books on audible or paperback (if you’re old-school like me) and take 15 minutes a day to work on YOU. I promise – it will be totally worth it! xo
