Once you reach your weight loss goals and you feel like you are in a really good place; both mentally and physically, the challenge is to continue staying motivated. Wow! To say that the past couple days has been exciting is the understatement of the world!  Everything has happened so fast - it almost feels surreal.  But, one thing is for certain - and that is
