THE GREEN MONSTER
Prep-5 min. - Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups kale, trimmed and chopped
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 green apple, halved, cored, and cubed
- 1 3″ piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 cup ice
Directions:
Place kale in blender with water and pulse until kale is chopped fine. Add parsley, apple, ginger, honey, and ice and blend until smooth.
BANANABERRY
Prep-5 min. - Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1.5 cups OJ
- 2 bananas, peeled & frozen
- 1 cup frozen strawberries & raspberries
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 cup ice
Directions:
Pulse oats in blender until ground smooth. Add in juice, fruit, honey, and ice and blend until smooth.
