Weigh Day #8 - Halfway to Goal Weight!

It's been 8 weeks since I began my eDiets journey and boy girl, have I come a LONG way.  Today I am officially HALFWAY to my goal weight!  My advice to everyone else out there on their own diet

We've got the name of the book; however, we need a catchy name for the website, blog, and social media platforms.

My favorite day of the week…

...Thursday!  Why?  Because I get all my eDiets meals for the week!  It's a little scary how happy I get when they arrive - but it's like Christmas morning to me!  I pick my meals out

Photoshoot Complete!

We just wrapped up our cookbook photo-shoot and it feels fantastic!  That was one MAJOR undertaking - but so amazing to see all our hard work come to life.
What's even better is that I didn't gain
